In McLean, Virginia, Capital One Headquarters is the flagship campus for the ever-expanding "Silicon Valley of the East" Dulles Technology Corridor. This mixed-used campus accommodates Capital One Employees and Hotel Guests, Grocery Shoppers & Concert goers at the newly constructed Capital One Center. The Precision/TIBA PARCS Solution is currently spread across three facilities on campus and growing, including integration License Plate recognition technology at one of the facilities and 40 cashier validation stations at the Wegmans Market.
All Managed from SP+'s custom-built commend center in the M1 Garage Facility, the combined enterprise platform spread across 23 lanes allows the parking operation to be agile and flexible while still maintaining accountability and control of all transient revenue and monthly/employees parkers.
